BACCA.AI Launches on Google Cloud Marketplace via ISV Startup Springboard Program

BACCA.AI Selected for Google Cloud ISV Startup Springboard Program; Launches Autonomous AI SRE on Google Cloud Marketplace

SAN FRANCISCO, February 5, 2026 — Bacca today announced it has been selected for the Google Cloud ISV Startup Springboard program, an invitation-only initiative that accelerates product development for high-potential AI startups. Concurrently, the company announced that its autonomous AI Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) platform is now generally available on Google Cloud Marketplace.

Bacca’s acceptance into the Springboard program highlights the impact of its novel "Knowledge-First" approach to software operations. By combining real-time Google Cloud telemetry with a proprietary Knowledge Graph, Bacca empowers engineering teams to resolve system outages with significantly less manual effort.

“Through the Google Cloud ISV Startup Springboard program, we aim to empower promising companies with Google Cloud’s influential programs, products, and expertise," said Ritika Suri, Managing Director, AI and Data Partnerships at Google Cloud. “We’re enabling selected companies to leverage Google Cloud’s most advanced AI technologies—and in the case of Bacca.AI, to empower engineering teams with an autonomous AI teammate that improves system reliability and operational efficiency at scale."

Better Together: Deep Integration with Google Cloud

Standard observability tools often focus on symptoms, displaying logs, metrics, and traces that tell engineers what is happening. Bacca differentiates itself through a native integration with the Google Cloud ecosystem—including Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Dataflow, Cloud Monitoring, and BigQuery—to uncover why it is happening.

This partnership combines Google Cloud’s raw data capabilities with Bacca’s contextual intelligence to deliver three key technical synergies:

  • From Symptoms to Configuration: While standard tools might alert that an application is crashing, Bacca’s native runtime access allows it to inspect the underlying state and configuration. It can identify, for example, that a crash was caused specifically by a Kubernetes YAML memory limit or that a job failed due to a specific BigQuery permission setting.
  • Gemini-Enabled Reasoning: Bacca is architected around GoogleCloud’s VertexAI platform. It explicitly combines Gemini’s reasoning capabilities with institutional knowledge to investigate incidents. The platform iteratively creates hypotheses and queries Google Cloud logs to validate them, automating the "toil" of investigation.
  • Private AI and Sovereignty: To meet strict enterprise security requirements, the solution supports deployment within the customer’s own network barrier. This allows organizations to utilize their own Gemini endpoints and ensure the AI learns their system's specific context without compromising data sovereignty.

Managing Operational Complexity with AI

As software development speeds up, the volume of code in production creates operational complexity that is difficult for engineering teams to manage manually. Bacca addresses this by deploying an autonomous agent that functions as a "Tier-1 on-call engineer." By ingesting internal data from sources like Slack, Jira, and documentation, Bacca builds a proprietary Knowledge Graph of an organization’s specific systems.

When an incident occurs, the platform combines this institutional knowledge with its deep Google Cloud integration to identify root causes with over 90% accuracy and reduce Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR) by 40–60%.

"We founded Bacca because we experienced the difficulty of being paged at 3 a.m. to fix software issues at companies like Snap, Google, and TikTok," said Eric Lu, CEO and Co-Founder of Bacca. "Collaborating with Google Cloud helps us automate the most difficult parts of incident response. By integrating with Google Cloud’s infrastructure and Gemini’s reasoning capabilities, we can provide an AI teammate that identifies why a system broke and helps fix it."

Customer Impact

Leading organizations are using Bacca to maintain system reliability. "Bacca delivered clear root cause analysis by using Snap's specific institutional knowledge, which helped our on-call engineers resolve issues faster and provided our leadership with better operational insights," said Saral Jain, Chief Information Officer at Snap Inc.

Availability on Google Cloud Marketplace

Enterprise customers can now procure and deploy Bacca through Google Cloud Marketplace using their existing Google Cloud spend. The solution includes a standard onboarding process and supports data sovereignty by offering deployment options within the customer’s own infrastructure.

About Bacca

Bacca created the autonomous AI Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) designed to manage the on-call shift. Founded by infrastructure experts from Snap, Google, TikTok, and Bloomberg, Bacca combines institutional knowledge with real-time telemetry to identify, triage, and resolve software incidents. The platform helps engineering teams reduce manual troubleshooting to focus on building software.
